I have been dining at Sullivan's for about two years now, and have never been let down. The waitresses are friendly and very knowledgeable about there menu. The food is absolutely superb. I dine on Thursdays (happy hour) all bar menu items are considered happy hour items. There Bar menu has a good variety of dishes:

The best burger in town $6

Salmon flat bread $6

Blue cheese meatballs $5 

Sliced Steak $6 

Oysters $5 

I personally am in love with the "Best Burger in Town", made with 100% Omaha Beef on a brioche bun and your choice of swiss, cheddar, or blue cheese. Cooked however you like, i take medium rare. The blue cheese meatballs and salmon flat bread are a close second to my favorite.

Martinis for $6

Whether you choose from there signature cocktails, or request a specialty drink, the bartenders  have your back. The drinks really sing here, the lemonade which is Sullivan's signature drink is super dangerous. BE CAREFUL, this drink is delicious and strong. Some other delicious martinis include:

Dim sum at Koi's Chinese restaurant is like no other restaurant in the Greater Seattle Area. Dim sum, for the foodies who are adventurous is amazing traditional Chinese
breakfast/brunch. Savory and sweet flavors, fried and steamed dumplings, who could ask for more!  The dim sum atmosphere is something different, little Asian women pushing steam carts around the restaurant, selling the fresh dim sum to each customer. Although the servers are friendly, they are not the best at suggesting new items. Anytime i have asked a dim sum lady what there favorite dish is they give me a bullshit answer like, almond shrimp or BBQ pork hum bow. These items are good but more American friendly, if you want real traditional Chinese Dim Sum stick to these staples:


Pork Shumai also called pork dumpling is a mixture of ground pork and shrimp and vegetables wrapped in a won ton and steamed to deliciousness. This is a very popular dish.

 
Beef Ball, this is the Chinese take on a meatball, beef pounded until pulverized mixed with some vegetables and steamed. Texturally you will have no meatball alike, be prepared for a smooth texture.

 
Sticky Rice, this rice is amazing. Wrapped in a banana leaf, the sticky rice is mixed with what looks like hotdogs (Chinese) mushrooms and other vegetables. Unfolding the banana leaf  to get to the delicious soft, sticky rice may be a bit messy but be assured that this rice will be a favorite.

 
Fried Taro, Koi's has won the best Fried Taro Award, presented by yours truly. Hands down the best fried taro in the Greater Seattle Area. Fried Taro or Taro Puff is taro root, or as Hawaiians call it Poi Poi. The taro is mixed with pork, mushrooms and seasonings, then is deep fried until the taro has string like crisps growing on the top. The fried taro is a little bite of heaven.

Each plate of dim sum comes with either 3 or 4 pieces depending on what you get, so bring a friend. You will be pleasantly surprised at your dim sum bill. I am usually under $20 for me and another person, possibly a third if i feel like eating lighter and being cheap :) 

I have been to countless restaurants for dim sum in the Eastside/Seattle area and i can tell you honestly Koi's in downtown Bellevue is the best by far. They serve the freshest dim sum for a very affordable price (unlike Bellevue). The staff is friendly, a bit on the slower side but completely worth the wait. 

Although i have voted KOI'S CHINESE RESTAURANT best Dim Sum in the Greater Seattle Area, here are some other really great spots that are very scrumptious as well.
